Dr. Michele Cavenee

Meet Dr. Cavenee

Michele Cavenee. M.D. is a physician and co-founder of Vital Aesthetics in Dallas, Texas. She received her medical degree at UT Southwestern in Dallas, and completed training in Ob-Gyn at Parkland Hospital. After practicing Ob-Gyn for several years at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, Dr. Cavenee paused her career to raise her three children.

She resumed practice in 2009, focusing on medical weight management, hormone balancing and general wellness. The practice expanded in 2016 to include aesthetic treatments in addition to the core focus on wellness. Dr. Cavenee recently retired from seeing patients and now focuses on the business development of Vital Aesthetics. She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, gardening and traveling.
