At Vital Aesthetics we are specialists in non-surgical weight loss, or bariatric medicine. We offer a comprehensive approach to successful weight management with a focus on helping patients achieve sustained behavioral and lifestyle changes. Our approach is designed for successful weight loss as well as maintenance; your plan may include a meal plan, behavior modification and exercise recommendations, and/or medications or supplements when indicated. Each visit is conducted by a physician or RN, and every patient has a plan tailored to their individual circumstance. We understand there is no single approach to weight loss and maintenance, and we are here to help each patient achieve success!
Before starting a weight loss plan, we thoroughly evaluate each patient’s medical status with a comprehensive medical history and laboratory panel. We work with Primary Care Physicians to coordinate care and monitoring of chronic medical conditions which may be weight related.

Dr. Eller will review your health history and medications to ensure any medication, meal plan or exercise routine will be safe and successful for you. Before your first appointment, please make sure you have completed recent blood tests consisting of the following:
- Complete Blood Count (CBC), Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP), Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C), Fasting Lipid Panel, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Vitamin D, Free Triiodothyronine (T3) and Free Thyroxine (T4)
