How Does TED Hair Restoration Work?
TED uses acoustic sound waves and air pressure to form channels in the scalp instead of the lasers or needles used in most hair restoration techniques. This makes the patient experience considerably more comfortable since it is completely noninvasive, painless and requires no downtime.
First, a small handpiece delivers acoustic sound waves and air pressure, opening tiny channels in the scalp. Next, a proprietary serum containing medical grade peptides, proteins and growth factors is applied to the treatment area.
